Kochikame: Tokyo Beat-Cops volume 1

Kochikame volume 1 is fully translated now! This isn't new, in fact it's been translated for ever 15 years, but now it has a good translation, courtesy of Japan's own Hichikarah. There are some edits here compared to when we released these chapter by chapter starting last November. Mostly reverting things from the digital versions we were using, back to their original versions. Mostly some of the censorship changes like Ryotsu's old partner accidentally killing himself and adding back some of the pop culture references that were removed I.E. Ryotsu reading a magazine and learning news about Agnes Lum's new album. These were added back in a case by case and most of them are probably not going to be noticeable on reread outside of the one example I gave. Removed pop culture references and other revisions from in the reprints will be reverted on a case by case going forward

We have one last Kochikame thing we want to take care of before we take our two or three month break from this series. We'll formally announce what will take its place then. Those of you in our Discord may know it already depending on how diligently you follow what we say. Unlike most other standalone volumes we've released, there's no additional content here. So the revisions are the only thing new here. Regardless, I hope you enjoy it. It took 6 months, but we're finally here.

Also, some people don't seem to realize this, so I'll make it clear. We delete individual chapter downloads after the volume is published. So the old chapter downloads are usually removed in short order. So I'll clarify so here.
